Jam Hops Owner Awarded CEO of the Year at 2015 Americas Business Excellence Awards
HAM LAKE, MN…Jam Hops owner, Brenda Nolby, was awarded CEO of the Year at the 2015 Americas Business Excellence Awards held on March 4 at The Westin Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada. The Business Excellence Awards honors the best results in businesses from North America, and showcases exceptional results for business owners, entrepreneurs, their teams, and their companies.
ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman, Brad Sugars, presented Nolby with the award.
“They’re almost at full capacity in two locations and just opened a third. She’s kickin’ tail – there’s no two ways about it. Congrats. That’s all I can say,” said Sugars.
“Thank you to my team. I’m CEO of the Year because of them, not because I’m so wonderful. Our customers see them on a daily basis, not me. They do a wonderful job at making me look good,” said Nolby. “Thank you to my ActionCOACH, Tracy Ford. I’ve been with [ActionCOACH MetroNorth] for three years and my life has changed dramatically. I went from a failing business to a thriving business, from hating what I do to loving what I do. My philosophy is ‘if it’s not fun, it needs to change’. That’s exactly what I did when I engaged with ActionCOACH.”
ActionCOACH MetroNorth, a business coaching firm for Metro Area businesses, is owned and operated by Dave and Tracy Ford.
“In the three years we’ve worked with Brenda she has become a very close friend,” said Tracy. “She gives all the credit to her team, however, it is Brenda who has created the organization that creates the environment for great team members to develop and thrive. This is the ultimate award for her because it starts at the top and goes all the way down.”
In addition to the awards ceremony, the Business Excellence Forum featured seminars with speakers in the world of business, including Brad Sugars, the Sales Guru Jeffrey Gitomer, and International Speaker Jonathan MacDonald.
