The last reason that many businesses struggle to achieve their goals is that they have one or more team members that are unqualified to do the work that is expected of them. Going through an intensive hiring process is one way to make sure that your employees meet the needs and expectations of your business. With too little training or an under-qualified team member, you may find yourself spending more time trying to compensate where they lack or on extra training hours rather than working toward your collective goals for the company.
