What is DISC?

The DISC model is comprised of four primary behavioral styles: D, I, S, and C. Each style is very different. There is no good or bad with this model. The focus is for each participant to clearly identify their behavioral style habit, as well as the styles of the people they work with, which will enhance their ability to avoid and move beyond personality clashes.

What Can You Expect?

Prior to the workshop, each participant receives a personal 20-page result from their own objective behavioral style assessment. Your Coach will use the results in a practical, real-world, results-orientated training. Your Coach will keep everyone in the room engaged in the learning process due to the clear, direct, humorous, and highly interactive presentation style.
